Business Analyst - Lausanne

Salary: CHF 80’000 - 110’000 per year

Requirements:

• Higher education degree (Bachelor or Master) in Salesforce or ERP systems
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce
• Keen interest in IT governance and compliance
• Perfect command of French and English
• Great autonomy and versatility
• Ability to quickly upskill on new processes

Responsibilities:

• Support the business and technological aspects of the company
• Manage business tools, compliance monitoring, and processes
• Ensure compliance and efficient processes with critical systems
• Manage Salesforce workflows and Salesforce Shield
• Handle tickets for complex developments with external partners
• Monitor ERP projects on Business Central
• Actively contribute to IT compliance (ISO, SOC 2, SOX)
• Write process documentation and procedures
• Collect evidence for controls
• Manage access rights and data protection on M365 and Box
• Document and improve business processes
