IT Systems Engineer

Salary: CHF 85’000 - 105’000 per year

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of experience as a transversal engineer
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft technology components: Intune, Entra ID, M365
• Solid experience in messaging and email flow management
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell and Ansible
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and methodology, especially Change management
• Proven DevOps skills: Git, pipeline, CI/CD
• Experience in multi-client environments
• Perfect command of French and very good level of English (at least B2 technical)

Responsibilities:

• Management of Modern Workplace environments using Intune
• Operational management (MCO) of client environments and infrastructures such as Veeam, VMware, and Windows Server
• Management and resolution of complex tickets and issues (level 3)
• Documentation and updating of procedures
• Active maintenance of controls for regulated clients and clients with technical contacts and on-call support
