IT Technician N1/N2 - Fribourg

Salary: CHF 85’000 - 105’000 per year

Requirements:

• CFC with approximately 2 years of experience in IT support
• Good knowledge of Windows workstation environments
• Technical English and knowledge of German are a plus
• Good open personality, rigorous
• Driving license and residence near Fribourg

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, install, and configure workstations, peripherals, and equipment
• Provide N1/N2 support: diagnose and resolve software and network incidents
• Manage the lifecycle of equipment: deployment, replacement, and re-commissioning
• Contribute to the management and updating of the software and license inventory
• Accompany and train users in the handling of tools and best practices
