Reltio Architect

Salary: CHF 85’000 - 105’000 per year

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in X MDM, confirmed experience (entities, crosswalks, survivorship rules, workflows).
• Strong mastery of MDM concepts, data quality, and data governance principles.
• Experience with APIs and ETL/ELT chains; very good mastery of SQL.
• Knowledge of cloud environments, ideally Azure and/or Microsoft Fabric.
• Proven technical leadership, ability to guide a team and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the Reltio (configuration, survivorship rules, workflows, and UI layouts) and ensure quality in the environment.
• Define and implement complex data models (entities, crosswalks, hierarchies) aligned with business needs.
• Oversee and contribute to developments and data pipelines via Reltio Hub and APIs.
• Provide technical guidance to the project team, ensure mentoring, and contribute to ensuring quality in data support, execution of tests, performance tracking, release management, and issue resolution.
