Backend Developer - Platform Team

Salary: CHF 120’000 - 160’000 per year

Requirements:

• 3+ years of backend development experience
• Proven track record of building and scaling production-grade systems
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
• Mastery of Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern dev workflows
• Expert in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and performance tuning

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and deliverables.
• Architect, build, and own robust backend services in Go
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership
• Perform code reviews and enforce high engineering standards
