Head of Enterprise Architecture

Salary: CHF 80’000 - 110’000 per year

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in IT and enterprise/solution architecture in complex environments
• Leadership in large scale programs (ERP, Cloud, CRM, PLM, AI/ML)
• Strong knowledge of Azure
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA / ECC, SAP CPI/BTP
• Proficient in Salesforce, 3DEXPERIENCE / SAP MDG
• Familiarity with analytics tools: SAP BW, Tableau, Power BI
• Experience with SAFe/Agile methodologies
• Strong influencing skills and ability to communicate effectively in English

Responsibilities:

• Set and evolve BOBSTs enterprise architecture vision and standards
• Manage a network of Domain Architects across business, cloud, and architecture
• Drive major global programs: SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, PLM, AI/ML, Cyber Security
• Reduce technical debt and legacy systems while enhancing performance and scalability
• Partner with business leaders to align architecture with growth strategies, including M&A
• Act as the final architectural authority for key decisions across various initiatives
