Technical Consultant (all genders) - BCG Platinion

Salary: CHF 105’000 - 130’000 per year

Requirements:

• You have successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics or a related course.
• You have already gained at least two years of relevant experience in IT consulting or software development.
• Ideally, you have industry-specific knowledge or (project) experience in the banking, insurance, or healthcare sector.
• Modern concepts such as machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics are not buzzwords for you, but the right tools for future-oriented IT architectures.
• You bring extensive technical expertise and an interest in technology trends.
• You feel particularly comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts and are flexible and willing to travel.
• You can confidently understand and communicate complex issues in German and English.

Responsibilities:

• You design the digital transformation of globally successful companies, ensuring success by evaluating the customer's digital capabilities and feasibility studies.
• You analyze, develop, and optimize state-of-the-art IT architectures, using your comprehensive understanding of legacy IT, enterprise solutions, and current market developments and trends, such as cloud or microservices.
• You control small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs, establish modern approaches such as DevOps and CI/CD, and are responsible for the technical implementation of significant digital requirements such as cyber resilience.
