Technical Consultant (all genders) - BCG Platinion - Zürich

Salary: CHF 105’000 - 130’000 per year

Requirements:

• Successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics or a related course.
• At least two years of relevant experience in IT consulting or software development.
• Ideally, industry-specific knowledge or (project) experience in the banking, insurance, or healthcare sector.
• Familiarity with modern concepts such as machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics.
• Extensive technical expertise and an interest in technology trends.
• Comfortable working in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts; flexible and willing to travel.
• Proficient in understanding and communicating complex issues in both German and English.

Responsibilities:

• Design the digital transformation of globally successful companies, evaluating customers' digital capabilities and conducting feasibility studies.
• Analyze, develop, and optimize state-of-the-art IT architectures, leveraging an understanding of legacy IT, enterprise solutions, and current market developments like cloud or microservices.
• Control small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs; establish modern approaches such as DevOps and CI/CD.
• Responsible for the technical implementation of significant digital requirements such as cyber resilience.
