C# .NET Developer

Salary: CHF 100’000 - 140’000 per year

Requirements:

• Professional experience as a C# .NET Developer working in a modern software development environment
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core, and Visual Studio
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and clean code principles
• Experience with REST APIs, relational databases, and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaborative software workflows
• Ability to analyse requirements, estimate work, and transform specifications into reliable implementations
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities in English; German B1/B2 skills sufficient for technical discussions
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET, and Visual Studio
• Implement clean, scalable, and efficient code following established development standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Integrate application components, APIs, and databases into reliable end-to-end systems
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues to ensure performance, stability, and security
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to continuous code quality improvement
• Support testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and issue resolution
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and best practices
• Document technical specifications, architecture, and changes clearly and accurately
• Communicate effectively with team members in English, with German B1/B2 proficiency for daily collaboration
