Senior Project Manager (m/w/d)

Salary: CHF 125’000 - 145’000 per year

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as project manager.
• Hermes Advanced Level.
• IPMA Level C or equivalent.
• Fluent German and English skills.
• Other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and concretize the project idea.
• Create the project management plan.
• Ensure that the project management plan is valid and up to date.
• Establish project-related quality assurance and implement quality assurance measures.
• Ensure good information flow.
• Formulate assignments to project team members to produce each deliverable, monitor and, if necessary, initiate corrective measures.
• Monitor and control deadlines and milestones.
• Identification of success factors and assessment of the project/subproject in terms of feasibility, profitability and risks.
• Organization, coordination, moderation and management of project team meetings.
• Reporting to the client and to the project committee.
