Salary: CHF 56’000 - 77’000 per year

Requirements:

• Erfahrung im IT-Support mit einem starken kundenorientierten Ansatz.
• Vertrautheit mit IT-Support-Ticket-Management-Systemen (ServiceNow).
• Kenntnisse in der Bereitstellung, Verwaltung und Unterstützung von zwei der folgenden Systeme: Linux, macOS oder Windows.
• Erfahrung im IT-Hardware-Management (Laptops, PC-Komponenten).
• Erfahrung mit AV- und Videokonferenztools (Zoom, Teams).
• Kenntnisse von Konzepten wie Active Directory, LDAP und Netzwerkanfängen (IP-Adressierung, Firewalls, Portfreigaben, VPN).
• Kenntnisse in Skripting (Linux: bash; oder Windows) oder in Programmiersprachen und -tools (Python, git).
• Kenntnisse über ITIL oder ähnliche bewährte Branchenpraktiken (Vorfall-/Änderungsmanagement).
• Bachelor in Informatik oder CFC, 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich.
• Fließende Kenntnisse in Französisch und Englisch; verbale und teamorientierte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

Responsibilities:

• IT-Support für Anwender vor Ort und aus der Ferne leisten, persönliche oder über E-Mails, Tickets und Anrufe.
• Unterstützung der Kunden beim Einkauf und zur Bereitstellung von IT-Ausrüstung (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Diagnose und Behebung von Hardwareproblemen.
• Unterstützung für Videokonferenztools und -räume.
• Einrichtung und Fehlersuche von IT-Ausrüstung in IT-Klassenzimmern.
• Installation und Konfiguration von Software, Fehlersuche bei Problemen und Verwaltung von IT-Software für Endbenutzermaschinen.
• Verwaltung des Zugriffs von Kunden auf das EPFL-Netzwerk und Behebung von Konnektivitätsproblemen.
• Aktive Pflege der IT als Teil der Projekte des Unterstützungsteams.
• Beitrag zur IT-Sicherheit durch die Pflege des Hardware- und Softwarelebenszyklus.
