DevOps Engineer Consultant - Cloud

Salary: CHF 100’000 - 135’000 per year

Requirements:

• 5+ years of DevOps experience with a broad technical foundation.
• Strong practical knowledge of VMware vSphere/vCenter and Windows Server 2019/2022.
• Deep understanding of networking technologies, protocols, and Cisco environments (IOS XE/XR).
• Experience with CyberArk, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 8/9), or OpenShift.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, MS PKI, Satellite, or MECM/SCCM.
• Knowledge of NetApp MetroCluster and experience managing enterprise storage.
• Fluent German communication skills (written and spoken) for effective collaboration and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and support enterprise infrastructure based on VMware (vSphere/vCenter) and Windows Server (2019/2022).
• Troubleshoot and optimize network configurations (MPLS, BGP, Segment Routing, IPsec VPN, IPv6, Multicast).
• Configure and manage Cisco devices (IOS XE / IOS XR) in secure environments.
• Maintain clear and professional documentation for operational procedures and system configurations.
• Contribute to the design, setup, and hardening of secure, scalable infrastructure systems.
