Product Owner Consultant (Industrial Automation / Robotics)

Salary: CHF 100’000 - 120’000 per year

Requirements:

• Join a high-tech robotics project where innovative hardware meets tailor-made software. As the Product Owner, you will drive the product vision and ensure that both hardware and software developments align with client requirements and business goals.
• Requirements
• Proven experience as a Product Owner in industrial automation, robotics, or similar engineering-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, preferably with SAFe experience.
• Certified Product Owner (Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org).
• Technical understanding of software–hardware interactions and middleware logic.
• Experience with RabbitMQ or similar message-passing systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and German.

• Take ownership of the product backlog for one of the two newly formed development teams.
• Define, prioritize, and refine user stories in collaboration with the development team and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between software, middleware, and hardware requirements.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring business value delivery through each sprint.
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master to ensure smooth sprint planning and execution.
• Participate in SAFe and Scrum ceremonies and support coordination with other teams and external frontend providers.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and report progress.
