Solution Engineer Consultant - ServiceNow

Salary: CHF 100’000 - 135’000 per year

Requirements:

• Ideally 10 years (minimum 5 years) of ServiceNow experience, including automation and portal development.
• Proficient in domain separation, service instantiation, and data model customization in ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles.
• Flexible, self-driven, and able to adapt quickly in dynamic project settings.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German or French is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

• Adapt and extend data models within ServiceNow, with strong focus on domain separation and cross-domain reuse.
• Design and implement service automation processes, including integration of external frameworks and data sources.
• Build dynamic service portals aligned with business portfolios and UX designs.
• Develop custom dashboards and reporting tools, especially for billing, usage, and monitoring.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure scalable, object-oriented solutions that follow agile delivery principles.
