Equity Research Team Support

Salary: CHF 110’000 - 150’000 per year

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• An experience in project management is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with databases (SQL), BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), or scripting (Python, R) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of financial reporting and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with IT to implement new publication tools with enhanced workflows, ensuring data accuracy.
• Participate in automation projects (e.g., using Python, SQL, or VBA) to streamline processes.
• Prepare dashboards and visual reports for internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to technology-driven initiatives, particularly in the field of AI deployment.
• Eventually, progress to a junior equities analyst role.
