Identity and Access Management Specialist

Salary: CHF 110’000 - 150’000 per year

Requirements:

• IT academic background
• Ideally, initial experience in access management
• Knowledge of Windows environment, Active Directory, and NTFS rights
• Good command of Office tools, particularly Excel and Access
• Rigor, autonomy, precision, and ability to work in a team
• Adaptability in a complex environment, stress management, team spirit, and communication skills
• Fluency in spoken and written French and English

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts and access groups in Active Directory (Create, Delete)
• File server access management
• Assignment rights workflow administration
• Manage access to customer portfolios in the Bank's main application
• Provide user support for access issues
• Participate in the implementation of technical procedures related to access management
• Administration of secret passwords (VAULT)
