IT Security Engineer

Salary: CHF 110'000 - 150'000 per year

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in computer engineering, security engineering, or a relevant field
  • Masters degree from an engineering school is a plus
  • Sound experience of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions and best practices
  • Strong interest in IT security, continuous learning, secure engineering practices, and threat modeling
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud, Microsoft 365 services, and hybrid cloud services
  • Excellent command of automation, scripting, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, and common software architecture patterns
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
  • Highly analytical and rigorous with a solution-oriented mindset and strong autonomy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly versatile and able to adapt to diverse technical contexts
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain security solutions
  • Conduct and/or contribute to security projects
  • Assess and improve the security hardening of enterprise solutions
  • Participate in alert and incident response reviews and propose improvement actions
  • Propose new security solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop security workflows and automate recurring tasks
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, incident reports, and security requirements
  • Contribute to enforcing robust security tools and secure coding practices in development
