Junior Business Analyst - Client Platform Advisory

Salary: CHF 77'000 - 105'000 per year

Requirements:

• University degree in business, IT, finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years experience in banking, consulting, business analysis, or technology (internships included).
• Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Office) is a plus.
• Strong interest in private banking, digital platforms, and process optimization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex topics.
• Team player with strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities:

• Support senior advisors in managing day to day interactions with Partner Banks and understanding their platform needs.
• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing client requests across multiple functional domains.
• Contribute to translating business needs into clear requirements for IT and Operations teams.
• Help track change requests, roadmap items, and platform enhancements.
• Develop familiarity with LOs proprietary private banking platform and its front to back architecture.
• Participate in workshops, testing activities, and internal coordination meetings.
• Stay informed about platform evolutions and industry trends in wealth management technology.
