RFP Internship

Salary: CHF 55’000 - 75’000 per year

Requirements:

• Completing a Master degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in asset management and willingness to learn about investment products and strategies.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Motivated to contribute and support in business development efforts.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus).
• Curious and willing to learn about the industry.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in researching, drafting, and editing responses to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and reporting requests.
• Collaborate across teams including Sales, Marketing, Portfolio Management, Operations, Performance, Compliance, and Legal to gather metrics, information and ensure content is accurate and compelling.
• Support the coordination and timely delivery of RFP documents.
• Coordinate and assist in updating standard information documents on our company and investment products.
• Help respond to ad hoc requests from different business units.
• Gain exposure to asset classes and become familiar with LOIMs investment solutions.
• Support the team to maintain the RFP database (Loopio) and enhance the content library.
