Systems Engineer

Salary: CHF 110’000 - 150’000 per year

Requirements:

• Higher education in computer science or communication systems
• Minimum 2 years of experience as System Engineer
• Excellent command of Windows Server environments: Windows Server 2016 - 2025, System Center, Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, Hardening
• Excellent command of security protocols and tools: ADFS, SAML2, OiDC, Kerberos, PKI, FIN/MIM, EntraID
• Knowledge of CI/CD automation pipelines: PowerShell, Azure DevOps; Terraform or Ansible knowledge will be appreciated
• Knowledge of VMware will be appreciated
• Knowledge of Splunk, Elastic, Kubernetes, OpenShift, network, storage, backup systems (Commvault) will be appreciated
• Good at sharing knowledge and workloads within the team
• Structured, analytical, passionate, and proactive
• Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)
• Resident in Switzerland or willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and participate in infrastructure evolution projects
• Propose solutions to enhance services and reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
• Ensure the proper functioning of the existing environment
• Install, monitor, and evolve the IT environment in Geneva or our subsidiaries
• Maintain, update, and create appropriate procedures and documentation
• Ensure that all security rules are followed and evolve them accordingly.
