Senior Software Engineer (Backend)

Salary: CHF 110’000 - 125’000 per year

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Software Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in Kotlin, Scala, or functional Java
• Strong proficiency with Functional Programming, Algebraic Data Types, and Event Sourcing/CQRS
• Curiosity and communication skills
• Passion for teamwork, code quality, and agile techniques

Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy new Services in Java or Kotlin
• Evolve our technology platform and practices with a focus on functional programming and CQRS
• Mentor team members on programming best practice
