Intern AI & Automation

Salary: CHF 45’000 - 60’000 per year

Requirements:

• Masters degree in technical field or equivalent practical experience, a Microsoft AI Learning Hub certification is desirable
• Experience deploying and maintaining AI Agents/Workflows and bridging between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with APIs and basic integrations
• Ability to test, debug, and validate AI outputs in a structured way
• Experience delivering technical training and facilitating workshops is a plus
• Hands-on and self-motivated personality with a structured, organized, and methodical working style, and strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Critical thinking, effective planning, and clear written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English; German and French are a plus
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft PowerAutomate or similar, and Microsoft AI Foundry
• Passion for Outdoor Sports in general

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, document, deploy, and maintain AI agents and Automation Workflows under the guidance of a supervisor
• Research, evaluate, and test emerging AI tools, platforms, and frameworks, documenting findings and providing structured recommendations
• Contribute to organizational upskilling initiatives by planning, organizing, and delivering AI training sessions, workshops, and learning materials for different audiences
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and align AI & Automation initiatives with business goals
• Understand existing business processes and workflows, applying project management principles to drive successful AI & Automation projects
