Founding GTM / Growth Engineer (AI Procurement)

Salary: CHF 80’000 - 120’000 per year

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience as a full-stack, growth, or automation engineer building internal tools, workflows, or revenue systems in B2B SaaS.
• Strong technical skill with JavaScript/TypeScript, React or scripting stacks, Python (FastAPI or similar) to implement automations and lightweight product features.
• Proven ability to design and operate end-to-end growth systems: outreach automation, CRM workflows, data enrichment, lead scoring, activation flows, and analytics pipelines.
• Comfortable working across product, sales, and marketing teams to identify friction points and replace manual processes with scalable automations.
• Highly ownership-driven builder mindset: you independently identify bottlenecks, prototype solutions fast, and optimize for business impact over elegance.

Responsibilities:

• As a GTM / Growth Engineer at Scalera, you will build the internal growth engine of the company:
• Identify manual processes across outreach, lead research, SDR operations, onboarding, and expansion and replace them with automated technical workflows.
• Build and maintain automation pipelines for lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and personalized outreach using code, APIs, and low-code orchestration tools.
• Implement internal tools that connect our CRM, product usage data, marketing systems, and customer databases into a single operating growth layer.
• Develop Product-Led Growth (PLG) mechanics directly inside the platform: usage-based trial flows, automated activation sequences, intelligent nudges, and self-serve onboarding experiences.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering leadership to experiment with funnel optimization, conversion pathways, and scaling strategies continuously improving CAC efficiency and velocity.
• This role collaborates closely with the CEO, Head of Growth/Sales, and Engineering team, operating as the technical owner for all revenue automation and PLG experimentation.
