AI Engineer – Agentic Systems

Salary: CHF 110’000 - 130’000 per year

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience developing and deploying machine learning models
• •
• Strong Python programming skills with clean, modular, production-ready code
• •
• Experience with large language models, orchestration, and multi-agent frameworks (e.g. LangGraph)
• •
• Solid understanding of ML system design, including integration with real-world software infrastructure

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI solutions for complex use cases including LLM orchestration and hybrid human-AI collaboration
• •
• Research and prototype novel approaches in areas like agentic coordination, intent understanding, and knowledge grounding
• •
• Deploy scalable, production-grade systems that integrate across a wide range of enterprise platforms
• •
• Collaborate closely with MLOps and engineering teams to ensure secure, high-performance system delivery
• •
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback and real-world performance to deliver measurable business impact
