AI & Legaltech Lead Engineer (Remote, CEE)

Salary: CHF 90’000 - 110’000 per year

Requirements:

• ✔ Strong background in AI and Machine Learning, particularly in applying AI to business or legal workflows.
• ✔ Hands-on experience developing or integrating AI solutions for document automation, contract analysis, or data retrieval.
• ✔ Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical professionals and align AI initiatives with business strategy.
• ✔ Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI-powered workflow optimization.
• ✔ A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for driving digital transformation and strong stakeholder management skills.
