Backend Lead

Salary: CHF 110’000 - 140’000 per year

Requirements:

• Lead & Grow: Proven ability to lead and mentor an agile team in a distributed/cross-site setup.
• Java Mastery: Deep knowledge of Java and the JVM, with extensive Spring Boot experience.
• Modern Infrastructure: Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Communication: Fluency in (Swiss) German and English is mandatory for stakeholder management.
• Quality Mindset: Strong focus on engineering standards and 'clean code' culture.

• Leadership: Act as the primary bridge between the technical team and management.
• Technical Ownership: Own the codebase, tech stack, and full application lifecycle.
• Development: High-quality backend development for client-facing wealth management tools.
• DevOps: Drive CI/CD automation, monitoring, and operational excellence.
