DeFi Quantitative Trader (Geneva/Zurich/Zug)

Salary: CHF 120’000 - 140’000 per year

Requirements:

• 3+ years in quantitative or systematic trading
• Strong understanding of hedging, inventory risk, and capital efficiency
• Proficiency in Python (and/or Rust)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and run delta-neutral market making strategies
• Manage capital, risk, and inventory across trading vaults
• Adjust quotes and spreads in response to market conditions
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategy behavior
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate trading logic
