Governance Operations Lead - Blockchain Venture

Salary: CHF 160’000 - 200’000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and systems thinking- comfortable navigating complex, interdependent data.
• Proven ability to organize and operationalize processes with high precision and attention to detail.
• Self-starter mindset with capacity to manage complex workflows independently.
• Familiarity with Web3, DAO ecosystems, or other community-driven governance structures.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and refine governance workflows across multiple ecosystem participants.
• Analyze, structure, and synthesize large volumes of data and documentation for integration into governance systems.
• Develop and maintain core operational frameworks, infrastructure, and meta-rules.
• Review and validate ecosystem outputs for compliance and consistency with governance standards.
