Lead DevOps/Cloud Engineer (WFH flexible)

Salary: CHF 130’000 - 140’000 per year

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing cloud-native infrastructure (Azure preferred)
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with GitOps tooling (e.g., Argo CD, GitHub Actions)
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python)

Responsibilities:

• Lead cloud infrastructure and DevOps strategy for a major Azure-based SaaS transformation
• Design and implement scalable, production-grade environments using Kubernetes
• Drive the adoption of GitOps workflows and CI/CD best practices across engineering teams
• Standardize Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform across multiple environments
• Improve observability, monitoring, and incident response processes across the platform
