Lead Engineer - Blockchain Venture

Salary: CHF 140’000 - 180’000 per year

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience building production-grade backend systems in TypeScript/Node.js
• Strong command of PostgreSQL
• Proven experience with API integrations and data pipelines
• Solid understanding of system design, testing, and observability best practices
• Entrepreneurial, builder mentality

Responsibilities:

• Develop automation systems and data infrastructure for large-scale governance and analytics
• Integrate and synchronize data across multiple APIs (e.g. Notion, blockchain, DeFi protocols)
• Build robust backend services with a focus on data integrity, observability, and resilience
• Drive end-to-end plan, implement, test, and ship iteratively
