ML/Data Engineer

Salary: CHF 120’000 - 140’000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong ML and NLP fundamentals.
• Proficient in Python and libraries: LangChain, Pydantic, FastAPI, Pandas, NumPy.
• Experience training models and human-in-the-loop validation.
• Hands-on with SQL & NoSQL.
• Familiar with data pipelines, Git, CI/CD, and MLOps.
• Cloud experience (ideally Azure).

Responsibilities:

• Train, validate, and deploy ML/NLP models.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and data architecture.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Develop APIs and tooling (Python-based).
• Contribute to CI/CD, version control, and MLOps workflows.
• Support cloud infrastructure (Azure a plus).
