ML/Data Engineer (remote EU)

Salary: CHF 80’000 - 90’000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong ML and NLP fundamentals; experience with LLMs and model fine-tuning is a plus.
• Proficient in Python and libraries
• Experience training models, human-in-the-loop workflows, and model validation.
• Hands-on with SQL & NoSQL databases.
• Familiar with data pipelines, CI/CD, Git, and MLOps principles.
• Cloud experience (Azure preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Train, validate, and deploy ML/NLP models on unstructured and structured data (web scraping, PDFs, regulatory texts).
• Build and maintain data pipelines, ETL workflows, and data architecture.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Develop Python-based APIs and tooling.
• Implement CI/CD and MLOps workflows for production-ready models.
• Support cloud deployment and operations (Azure a plus).
