Senior Engineering Manager - Mobile

Salary: CHF 180’000 - 220’000 per year

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital mobile product development (iOS/Android)
• •
• 4+ years of experience managing software development teams, ideally in a SaaS environment
• •
• Strong track record of working closely with Product Managers and leading agile development teams
• •
• Proven ability to take ownership of technical delivery, people development, and team culture
• •
• Comfortable working across time zones and with international teams in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow a team of mobile engineers (iOS and Android)
• •
• Own the full software development lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, and support mobile applications

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Web teams to deliver a unified user experience
• •
• Shape team culture focused on continuous improvement and personal growth
• •
• Ensure delivery standards are met, from product quality to regulatory compliance
• •
• Coordinate with other engineering leads to align on mobile strategy and project timelines
