Senior Full-stack Engineer (Node/ React) in a start-up

Salary: CHF 110'000 - 130'000 per year

Requirements:

• 6+ years of full-stack development experience, with strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React, building scalable applications
• Balanced experience between front-end and back-end development, delivering accessible, maintainable UIs while also designing RESTful APIs
• Strong experience with testing methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and writing clean, secure, and well-structured code
• Proven ability to own and deliver complex features end-to-end, including system design, implementation, and technical leadership within engineering teams

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of full-stack features using React/Next.js and Node.js, from technical design through production rollout and monitoring
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers and Designers to define technical requirements, shape solutions, and prioritize roadmap initiatives
• Drive system architecture and DevOps practices, contributing to scalable, maintainable platform design
• Mentor engineers and contribute to team delivery by guiding implementation, debugging, and breaking down complex technical problems
