Senior Legal Counsel Crypto | AI | DeFi

Salary: CHF 145’000 - 165’000 per year

Requirements:

• •
• Several years of experience in legal advisory, ideally with both law firm and in-house exposure
• •
• Curiosity for AI-assisted legal workflows, privacy innovation or digital identity standards
• •
• Demonstrated understanding of emerging digital assets frameworks, decentralised finance or platform governance
• •
• Experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex commercial contracts
• •
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to thrive in agile, non-bureaucratic setups
• •
• English fluency essential; other languages a plus
• •
• Juris Doctor / Master of Law required; bar admission is welcome but not essential

Responsibilities:

• Legal review and negotiation of high-value agreements (investments, partnerships, equity events)
• •
• Advisory support on corporate actions, token structuring, and related documentation
• •
• Analysis of regulatory impact for novel tech architectures (e.g. automated agents, DAO structures, zero-knowledge protocols)
• •
• Interface with external counsel, leadership and internal product teams
• •
• Contribution to legal strategy, risk assessment, and process automation
• •
• Optional: driving internal adoption of AI-based tools in legal workflows
