Senior Technical Business Analyst

Salary: CHF 120'000 - 140'000 per year

Requirements:

• You are technical. Engineers respect you because you actually get what they are building. You have been in the weeds before, whether that's DevOps, cloud, or system admin work
• Azure and the Microsoft ecosystem aren't foreign to you. You do not need to deploy it, but you understand it deeply enough to have a real conversation
• Previous experience working in a regulated environment (finance, insurance, etc)
• German and English, both strong

Responsibilities:

• The team has solid engineers. What they are missing is someone who can translate between them and the business without losing anything in translation. Someone who understands the technical constraints, pushes back when requirements do not make sense, and keeps projects from stalling between IT and stakeholders.
• You will be automating internal processes, connecting the dots between what the business wants and what the tech can do.
