Site Reliability Engineer / Cloud Engineer

Salary: CHF 100'000 - 130'000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including virtual networks, Enterprise Apps and cloud architecture.
• Several years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Engineering and System Administration.
• Solid experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps — ideally backed by an Azure certification (e.g. Azure Solutions Architect).
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Intune, Kubernetes and Enterprise Apps.
• Very good written and spoken skills in both German and English.

Responsibilities:

• Co-own and drive the Cloud Engineering, from architecture decisions to day-to-day operations.
• Ensure smooth and reliable IT operations across the organization.
• Manage IT contracts within the Cloud & Datacenter scope — vendors, SLAs and renewals.
• Act as the bridge between internal business units and external IT partners to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Support the strategic development and hands-on execution of digitalization and transformation initiatives.
