Team Lead - Distributed Systems, Blockchain

Salary: CHF 130’000 - 140’000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Own the architecture and system design of new products and infrastructure within the blockchain ecosystem
• Define consensus and distributed systems frameworks, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security
• Collaborate closely with engineering leads and product stakeholders to align on technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership
• Evaluate design trade-offs across performance, reliability, and security criteria
• Drive architectural reviews and ensure compliance with industry and security best practices
