Technical AI Solution Architect

Salary: CHF 130'000 - 170'000 per year

Requirements:

• • Technical foundation (APIs, cloud, production systems)
• • Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
• • Several years of experience in consulting or client-facing roles, comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-stakes environments
• • Ability to structure complex problems and turn them into executable solutions
• • Understanding of AI-driven systems
• • German at C1 level or above

Responsibilities:

• • Translate complex business problems into clear, executable technical solutions
• • Design and deploy AI-driven systems in real production environments
• • Integrate APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise systems
• • Work directly with enterprise clients, lead workshops, and drive delivery end-to-end
• • Take ownership of outcomes, not just deliverables
• • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to continuously improve the platform
