Web3 Quant Researcher

Salary: CHF 120’000 - 140’000 per year

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s+ in a quantitative field.
• Strong Python skills and experience with large financial datasets.
• Solid knowledge of statistics, probability, and time series analysis.
• Self-directed with a bias for rapid iteration.
• Interest in DeFi and market microstructure.

Responsibilities:

• Build and refine trading models targeting on-chain perpetuals markets.
• Develop short-term signals with millisecond-to-minute horizons.
• Conduct research and backtesting to improve strategy robustness.
• Analyze orderbook and transaction-level data to find market inefficiencies.
• Simulate LP vault behaviors and market structure.
• Work closely with protocol and smart contract engineers.
• Maintain and improve Python-based research tools.
