IT Controller

Salary: CHF 90’000 - 120’000 per year

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree (university/university of applied sciences) in business administration, business informatics or a similar field of study
• Some professional experience in a comparable commercial position
• A strong interest in data and its visualisation (data analytics)
• Affinity for new digital, low-code applications (e.g. Knime, MS Power Platform)
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ideally some experience with SAP and data visualisation programmes (e.g. QlikSense)
• Ownership mentality and a strong ability to work under your own initiative; reliable team player who works in a precise and analytical way
• Excellent spoken and written German and English

Responsibilities:

• Assume commercial responsibility for several IT services in an agile environment
• Interact regularly with stakeholders and support our technical colleagues with budgeting, planning and general finance-related queries
• Create and evaluate commercial reports
• Handle cost allocation and processing of postings in SAP
• Provide support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Review compliance with commercial guidelines independently
• Analyse and standardise data sources and structures for (further) development and prepare new business intelligence summaries
• Further develop controlling concepts and the digitalisation and automation of IT controlling processes
