Mobile Fullstack Engineer with Flutter experience

Salary: CHF 85’000 - 95’000 per year

Requirements:

• Work Experience: You have 3+ years of experience in a similar role with a demonstrated history of successful full-stack development projects.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Flutter, React, TypeScript, and Firebase.
• Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and multitasking skills with the ability to solve complex development challenges.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Experience working in a Startup or fast-paced environment as a strong plus.
• Language: English (C1 and above) as a must, other languages beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Mobile Applications: Build, optimize, and maintain Flutter-based mobile apps with a focus on seamless cross-platform compatibility, high performance, and robust UI/UX design.
• API Integration: Demonstrated experience developing and integrating APIs to connect with third-party services, ensuring secure and efficient data handling.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure scalability, stability, and efficiency across applications to deliver a world-class user experience.
• Collaborative Development: Work closely with product management to align technical solutions with business goals and user needs.
• Processes and Documentation: Propose new processes, produce and maintain a complete documentation.
