Delivery Lead (80-100% - all identities and backgrounds)

Salary: CHF 100'000 - 140'000 per year

Requirements:

• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Release Train Engineer
• Solid understanding of agile principles and flow-based delivery
• Experience working with multiple teams and different leadership levels
• Strong facilitation skills in complex organisational settings
• Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style
• Ability to recognise systemic issues and address them constructively
• Clear and respectful communication skills
• Experience in large-scale or multi-team environments is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Act as Agile Coach at Value Stream level (often referred to as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) in other companies and frameworks)
• Support several engineering teams in delivering value in a predictable and sustainable way
• Facilitate cross-team planning, alignment, and coordination formats
• Identify, make transparent, and help resolve impediments that affect multiple teams
• Improve flow, collaboration, and transparency across the value stream
• Coach teams and leadership on agile ways of working in a pragmatic manner
• Work closely with Product Management, Product Owners, and Architects
• Support continuous improvement based on data, feedback, and retrospectives

We are further developing our Cloud Value Stream and are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead (Agile Coach for the Value Stream) to support several engineering teams in delivering value in a structured, sustainable way. Switch operates the Community Cloud for Research and Education in Switzerland. Based on open-source and cloud-native technologies, we provide reliable cloud services for researchers, students, and lecturers across Switzerland.

In this role, you will help shape how multiple engineering teams collaborate, coordinate, and deliver across the value stream.
