IT Technician

Salary: CHF 80’000 - 110’000 per year

Requirements:

• Apprenticeship diploma or equivalent or higher qualification (ES) in IT
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related field
• Minimum of one year of experience in systems and infrastructure management (systems and networks)
• Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux environments
• Knowledge of VMware tools, Hyper-V, messaging systems, and RDS architectures
• Fluency in French with strong communication skills
• Curiosity and strong capabilities in new technologies
• Analytical skills to tackle challenges and apply skills to projects

Responsibilities:

• Manage clients environments as a technical contact
• Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support within our team
• Maintain client infrastructures with on-site interventions in Vaud, Geneva, Neuchâtel, and Bienne
• Develop and maintain SyselCloud infrastructures including system equipment, networks, security, and data storage
• Participate in project management for internal projects
