Late Co-Founder & CTO (w/m/d)

Salary: CHF 80’000 - 110’000 per year

Requirements:

• Your Mission:
• As Late Co-Founder and CTO, you will shape the technical future of Taste Match and build a team that develops and globally scales a revolutionary platform. You will not only lead strategically but also work operationally and act as a technical role model. We're not looking for the perfect CV, but for a person who can advance Taste Match and our team.
• Your Skills:
• Several years of experience in architecture, development, and maintenance of microservices-based applications
• 5-10 years of full-stack development experience (Go & JavaScript/React Native preferred)
• Experience in IT strategy and team leadership, ideally in a startup environment
• Experience with cloud computing (AWS)
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies & tools
• Good sense for UI/UX
• Location: Switzerland, minimum 1-2 days per week in Bern
• Workload: 80-100%
• Languages: German & English fluent

We are Taste Match, a young startup from Bern. Our mission: to help people find their perfect restaurant more easily. For this, we're building a new database with all restaurants in a city, including images, menus, and reservation options. All without requiring restaurants to actively participate. Combined with a social network, users discover favorite restaurants from people with similar tastes. Since December 2024, we've been live in the app stores with 10,000+ downloads, over 1,200 restaurants on the platform, and are generating initial revenue. This year we want to significantly advance our product-market fit and launch in another city. 2026 will see our international expansion.
