Food Industry Application Engineer (FR/EN)

Salary: CHF 90’000 - 120’000 per year

Requirements:

• Higher education in food science or technology
• Confirmed experience (approx. 3 to 5 years) in food product development
• Strong interest in processes and products
• Knowledge in extrusion is an asset
• Comfortable with ingredients, processes and nutrition concepts
• Fluent English is required, French is a real advantage
• Autonomy, curiosity and a solution-oriented mindset
• Enjoyment of hands-on work, trials, and the field
• Team spirit and excellent communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with agility

Responsibilities:

• The development and scaling of food processes at the pilot level
• Conducting trials on different types of savory products
• Developing recipes related to market trends
• Close collaboration with R&D, technical and commercial teams
• Technical support during client projects, trials and implementations
• Establishing experimental protocols adapted to industrial constraints
• Active monitoring of technological advancements and food processes
