Business Analyst Analytics

Salary: CHF 90’000 - 120’000 per year

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics as a developer or business analyst.
  • Initial experience as a Business Analyst demonstrating your ability to formalize complex needs into detailed specifications.
  • Knowledge of the insurance sector, particularly Property & Casualty, would be an important asset.
  • Familiar with Scrum/Agile environments, you know how to structure your deliverables to accelerate the work of engineers.
  • Proficient in SQL to explore databases independently and validate the relevance of products.
  • Comfortable in communication with various stakeholders, both technical and functional.
  • A proactive spirit and autonomy to manage priorities effectively and propose innovative solutions.
  • Open, curious, and a team player in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Customer-oriented, you easily communicate and engage with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating closely with business teams to identify, analyze, and formalize needs in KPIs and data analytics, then writing precise and actionable user stories.
  • Actively contributing to the testing phase by validating that the developments meet functional requirements and business needs.
  • Documenting the semantic models and KPIs provided to the business.
  • Leveraging expertise in the insurance sector to challenge business requests, propose relevant KPIs, and ensure the added value of BI solutions.
  • Defining testing plans and scenarios, and then coordinating the standards and BA tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Managing the complete lifecycle of requirements (traceability, updates, evolution).
