Business Analyst - Lausanne

Salary: CHF 90’000 - 120’000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience: minimum of 3 years as a Business Analyst, ideally in the insurance sector.
• Education: higher education degree (EPF, HES, HEC, UNI or equivalent) in engineering or a related field.
• Technical skills: good understanding of IT architectures, frontend development, and APIs.
• Methodologies & tools: mastery of Jira and Confluence, proven experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Languages: French C1, English B2 (German is a real plus).

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and challenging the business needs gathered by the PO and formalizing them into requirements (user stories).
• Co-building technical and functional solutions with developers and architects.
• Evaluating effort and prioritizing based on business value.
• Documenting and modeling (UML, BPMN) to share a common vision of the systems.
• Testing and validating (functional tests, production follow-up).
• Contributing to agile ceremonies and project management.
