Group Data Infrastructure Manager

Salary: CHF 90’000 - 120’000 per year

Requirements:

• Higher education degree (HES, University, or ETH) in IT or generalist fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with deployment technologies on Azure (Terraform, Kubernetes, or GitHub).
• Experience with message and API management, ideally with Kafka.
• Previous experience in managing technical profiles and uniting a team around complex projects.
• Proven ability to coach and lead Scrum teams towards continuous performance enhancement, aiming for stable velocity and high quality of service and customer orientation.
• Excellent ability to unite, inspire, and support change.
• Fluent in French and English (minimum B2 level).
• Proactive, open, and curious, you enjoy working in a team within a multidisciplinary framework.
• As an enthusiastic and client-oriented person, you find it easy to communicate.

Responsibilities:

• Providing Cloud infrastructure services (Azure) and on-Premises solutions.
• Deploying and maintaining necessary services in the Azure environment via Terraform.
• Managing DevOps pipelines across our various technologies via Azure DevOps.
• Ensuring the availability and performance of our message and API management solutions: Kafka Cloud, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Hub, WS02, Azure API Manager, RabbitMQ, as well as services like MongoDb and AKS.
• Actively contributing to certain deliveries.
• Collaborating to define the architecture of our solutions with enterprise architects, Tech leads, and Vaudoises infrastructure teams.
• Leading and mentoring a team of engineers (5-10).
• Supporting the transition and skill enhancement of your team on cloud technologies.
• Implementing cross-technology knowledge transfers within your team to ensure redundancy on critical services.
• Providing quality service to projects and teams in the division as a key partner with Vaudoises infrastructure teams (TDSI) and solution architects.
• Defining performance indicators (KPIs), measuring service quality, and steering continuous improvement plans.
