Forward Deployed Engineer – Palantir Foundry (Zurich)

Salary: CHF 120'000 - 150'000 per year

Requirements:

• You bring
• Broad exposure matters more than years. Two years across many use cases, from Data Connection to Ontology-aware apps, beats five years doing only data pipelines at one place. You can work independently with clients, without close supervision. We look for a founder mindset: proactive, fast, and fully accountable.
• 2+ years hands-on Palantir Foundry
• Strong software engineering background (e.g., Python, Spark, TypeScript)
• Deep understanding of data modelling, ontologies, and operational workflows
• Ability to lead engineering teams in complex client environments
• Consulting mindset: able to speak business and tech with various types of stakeholders
• Startup energy: proactive, independent, high-output with attention to quality

Responsibilities:

• The role
• We are hiring a driven and ambitious Senior Engineer with deep experience in Palantir Foundry to lead delivery on strategic client projects. You work directly with the founders and take ownership of high-impact projects.
• You will:
• Build end-to-end workflows, from data integration to decision tools, using Foundry
• Work directly with client stakeholders of all levels (CxOs, product leads, data teams) to uncover opportunities and deliver business value
• Lead engineering teams on high-visibility projects, from beginning to end
• Shape our engineering culture, delivery model, and future product direction
